Product description
Continuous vacuum feeder is a material conveying equipment commonly used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. It creates the negative pressure in the pipeline by vacuum pump, and draws the material from the inlet by atmospheric pressure, and continuously transmits it to the discharge place along the pipeline driven by the air flow. The equipment consists of a vacuum pump system, a feeding device, a pipeline, a discharging device and a control system. All components work together, vacuum pump power supply, feed device control, pipeline transport protection, discharge device efficient separation of gas solid, control system to achieve intelligent regulation. It has the advantages of efficient transportation, no leakage, high degree of automation, remote control, etc., which can significantly improve production efficiency and optimize the production environment.
Working principle
The continuous vacuum feeder operates on the principle of vacuum negative pressure and gas-solid two-phase flow. When the vacuum pump works, a specific vacuum degree is built and maintained in the pipeline, and the pressure difference is formed because the air pressure in the pipeline is lower than the outside world. The feed port is connected to the material source. Driven by the pressure difference, the material enters through the feed port against its own gravity and friction. The feed valve and the material level sensor accurately control the amount and frequency of entry according to the setting. The material entering the pipeline is carried by the negative pressure air flow, and forms a mixed flow with the air flow according to the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow, and is continuously transported along the pipeline to the discharge end. This process is affected by the material characteristics and pipeline parameters. After reaching the unloading position, with the help of cyclone separation, filtration separation and other technologies, such as cyclone separator using centrifugal force, filter separator relying on filter medium interception, to achieve gas-solid separation, materials fall into the designated container to complete unloading.
