Working principle
When the continuous vacuum feeder is working, the vacuum pump starts first, extracts the air in the suction chamber and the conveying pipe, creates a vacuum environment, so that the internal pressure is much lower than the external atmospheric pressure, and then forms a strong pressure difference. Driven by this pressure difference, the material is "pressed" into the suction chamber from the suction port by the external atmospheric pressure, and continues to be transported upward along the conveying pipe. After the material arrives at the separator with the air flow, the unique structure of the separator changes the movement direction of the material and the air flow. The material is separated from the air flow due to gravity and falls into the discharge port to enter the subsequent production process. The air flow enters the vacuum pump through the pipe at the top of the separator, and then enters the atmosphere after treatment to complete the cycle. Throughout the process, the vacuum pump continues to operate to maintain the vacuum degree, to ensure that the material can be continuously and efficiently inhaled and transported.
