Bucket Elevator For Granular Materials Stainless Steel Z-type Conveyor

The Z-type elevator, also known as the Z-type bucket elevator, features a large conveying

capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation and long service life. This elevator

can achieve multi-point unloading, ensuring that the material is undamaged. It is suitable

for conveying powdery, gran, and small-sized materials with little or no abrasiveness. It is

The Z-type bucket elevator is a commonly used material conveying equipment, named for

1.Material lifting: The Z-type bucket elevator conveys materials through buckets attached to

the chain. These buckets are evenly secured on the endless traction members, as the chain

lifts, the materials in the buckets are also carried to the top of the elevator.

2. Unloading of materials: After the bucket is lifted to the top with the chain, it will go around

the top wheel and then flip. During this process, the materials in the bucket will be tipped into

the receiving trough, thus completing the unloading of the materials.

3. Multiple discharge points: One of the important features of the Z-type bucket elevator is

that it can meet the requirements of multiple discharge points at position. This is thanks to its

special structural design, which allows for single or multiple discharge points through specially

designed discharge devices, and these discharge points do not discharge.
