Product description
Linear screening is the "main force" of industrial screening operations and is indispensable in many production scenarios. It is structured as a whole cuboid, compact and orderly structure, mainly composed of screen box, vibration motor, shock absorber and screen. When working, the vibration motor outputs the exciting force and pushes the screen box to do reciprocating linear motion. After the material enters the screen box from the feed port, it is driven by the vibration force and jumps forward on the screen surface. Due to the different screen size, the material smaller than the screen hole quickly passes through the screen and falls, and the large particle material continues to move forward to the discharge port to complete the accurate screening. It has high screening accuracy, strong processing capacity, stable operation, simple operation and maintenance, and is widely used in mining, chemical, food and other industries, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Working principle
The working principle of the linear screen is based on the operation of the vibrating motor. After the vibration motor is energized, the internal eccentric block rotates at high speed, because the eccentric block's center of gravity deviates from the center of the motor shaft, generating a strong centrifugal force, which causes the motor vibration, and transmits this vibration force to the screen box. The screen box is connected with the frame by a shock absorber such as a spring. Under the action of exciting force, the screen box moves in a reciprocating straight line in a given direction. The material enters the screen box from the feed port. Under the influence of vibration force, it jumps on the screen surface and moves towards the discharge port. Due to the difference in the size of the screen, the material smaller than the size of the screen is separated through the screen during the jumping process, and the material larger than the screen continues to move to the discharge port to achieve efficient screening of materials of different particle sizes.
