The multi-layer linear vibrating screen not only can screen multiple layers of
materials simultaneously, but also the material selection can be made according to
the specific of the materials: carbon steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel is usually
suitable for materials that do not contain acids or alkalis, such as general industrial
screening requirements It is relatively inexpensive and an economical and practical
choice. On the other hand, stainless steel is suitable for applications that require
corrosion resistance, such as the food,, and chemical industries, as well as
environments with high temperatures and high humidity.
It mainly consists of a screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibrating motor,
motor base, vibration isolating spring, and frame.
1. Screen Box: Made by welding steel plates of various thicknesses, it has certain
strength and rigidity, and is the main part of the machine.
2. Screen Frame: Made of pine wood or wood with minimal deformation, it is mainly
used to keep the screen mesh flat to achieve normal screening.
3. Screen Mesh: Available in various types such as low carbon steel, brass, bronze,
and stainless steel wire.
4. Vibrating Motor: (For usage maintenance instructions, please refer to the vibrating
motor manual).
5. Motor Base: Installs the vibrating motor. Before use, the connecting screws must
be tightened, during the first three days of use for new screening machines, to
prevent loosening which could cause accidents.
6. Vibration Isolating Spring: Prevents from being transmitted to the ground, while
supporting the entire weight of the screen box. When installing, the spring must be
perpendicular to the ground.
7. Support: Composed of four pillars and two channel steels, it supports the screen box.
When installing, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the steels under the
two pillars should be parallel to each other.
The linear vibrating screen is driven by two motors. When the two motors rotate
synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitatory forces generated their
eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor shafts,
and are superimposed into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the
shafts. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The axes of
the two motors are inclined relative to the screen surface. Under the action of the
excitatory force and the weight of the material, the material is thrown up on the
screen surface and moves forward in a jumping manner, thus achieving purpose of
screening and grading the material. It can be used in production lines to achieve
automated operations. It features low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple
structure, maintenance, fully enclosed structure, and no dust dispersion.
