Working principle
1. Preparation: Place the material bag to be fed on the feeding platform, check whether all components of the equipment are running normally, including the fan, pulse injection device, vibrating screen, etc., to ensure that the dust removal system is in good working condition.
2. Unpacking and feeding: Manually or mechanically disassemble the material bag on the feeding platform and pour the material into the unloading bin. In this process, because the discharge bin is connected to the dust removal system, the bin is in a negative pressure state, which can effectively prevent dust from spreading.
3. Screening and impurity removal: the material enters the vibrating screen from the discharge bin, the vibrating screen through high-frequency vibration, so that the material that meets the particle size requirements enters the next process through the screen, while the large material and foreign matter are intercepted on the screen, and can be cleaned regularly.
4. Gas and dust separation: the dusty gas enters the platform box under the action of the fan, and then flows to the filter element. The air can pass through the filter into the bag and is discharged by the fan, while the dust is retained on the surface of the filter, thereby achieving gas and dust separation and avoiding dust emission into the workshop environment.
5. Pulse cleaning: With the continuous accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter element, it will affect the dust removal effect. At this time, the pulse injection system will start according to a certain procedure, the compressed air is sprayed into the filter through the jet nozzle, the filter is rapidly expanded, the reverse air flow is generated, the ash accumulation on the surface of the filter is removed, and it falls into the ash hopper for centralized treatment.
