Working principle

The working principle of horizontal ribbon mixer is very scientific and efficient. The double-layer or multi-layer spiral belt blade installed inside it runs in an orderly manner closely around the horizontal axis. When the device is started, the outer screw belt rotates in a clockwise direction and pushes the material on both sides of the U-shaped cylinder to the center continuously by means of the spiral profile; At the same time, the inner screw belt rotates counterclockwise to transport the material in the center of the cylinder to both sides. Under the action of the material flow in the opposite direction, a strong and stable convective circulation is formed in the cylinder.
