Airflow screen is an efficient and unique screening equipment. Its overall structure is compact and ingenious, mainly composed of feeding device, screen assembly, air flow generation device and other parts. When working, the material enters the screening area evenly through the feeding device, at the same time, a strong air flow is generated by the air flow generator, forming a strong air flow field. Under the action of the air flow, the material is blown and suspended in it, the fine particles pass through the screen successfully under the air flow to complete the screening process, while the larger particles are intercepted on the screen and then discharged through a specific channel. This method of air assisted screening greatly improves the screening efficiency, and can quickly and accurately classify and screen all kinds of powdery and granular materials. It is widely used in many industries such as chemical industry, food industry, medicine industry, mining industry, and provides a reliable and efficient solution for material separation in the production process.
Working principle
The airflow screen operates on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow. The material enters the screen from the feed port, and the high-speed air generated by the high pressure fan is injected synchronously. Under the strong impact force and binding force of the air flow, the material is rapidly dispersed, the agglomeration state between the particles is broken, and the gas-solid mixed flow is formed. The mixed flow goes straight to the screen, and the material particles with smaller particle size than the screen hole pass through the screen smoothly under the push of the air flow and become the products under the screen. The material with particle size larger than the sieve hole is blocked by the screen, cannot pass through, and continues to be washed and rolled on the surface of the screen until it is taken to the discharge port, thus achieving accurate and efficient screening and grading of materials with different particle sizes.
