The mixing space is in the form of a U-shaped horizontal cylinder, with an integral

screw ribbon shaft inside the cylinder. The motor reducer is at the end face of the

main equipment, ensuring stable mixing with minimal damage to crystals. During

mixing, all materials are in a state of overall movement, requiring power and

relatively short mixing time. It is mainly used for mixing powders with powders or

viscous materials. A large amount of liquid can be sprayed into materials during

mixing, and the materials can be in the form of solid powders or viscous substances

throughout the mixing process. 

The rotating main shaft of the mixer is equipped with double-layer spiral blades.

The inner spiral conveys the material to the outer side, the outer spiral gathers

the material towards the center. Under the convection movement of the

double-layer spiral, a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment is

formed The inner and outer radial spirals installed on the stirring shaft drive the

material in the drum, allowing the stirrer to mix the material over the largest

possible range the drum. During the operation of the mixing device, the inner

screw drives the material near the axis center to rotate, pushing it axially from

the inside to sides. The outer screw drives the material near the drum wall to

rotate, pushing it axially from the sides towards the center. The mixed materials

can be uniformly in a short time.
