During the working process, materials enter the bottom of the bucket elevator from the feed port. As the transmission device operates, the chain or belt drive drives the bucket-shaped container upward in the vertical direction. When the bucket-shaped container reaches the top or target position, the material is affected by centrifugal force and is thrown out of the bucket-shaped container and enters the discharge port. Then, the bucket-shaped container continues to descend, passing through the return section, and is ready for the next cycle.
Bucket elevators are used in the following fields: mining, building materials, metallurgy, grain processing, chemical industry, water treatment, fly ash treatment, port logistics, power plants, food processing and other fields. It can vertically transport powder, granules, and block materials to the next process, such as cleaning, grinding, screening, mixers, packaging machines or other processing equipment.
The Chain Bucket Elevator will be packaged and shipped in a sturdy wooden crate to ensure safe delivery to the customer. The crate will be secured with metal strapping and marked with clear labeling to indicate the contents and handling instructions.
Inside the crate, the Chain Bucket Elevator will be wrapped in protective materials, such as bubble wrap and foam, to prevent any damage during transportation. The individual components of the elevator will also be securely packed and labeled for easy assembly.
For international shipping, the crate will be loaded onto a pallet and covered with a waterproof cover to protect it from the elements. The pallet will be secured with additional strapping to prevent any movement during transit.
