1. What is quartz sand

Quartz sand is a kind of hard, wear-resistant and chemically stable silicate mineral, which is made of quartz particles by crushing and processing stone. 3.Working principle of quartz sand vibrating screen

The quartz sand grading vibrating screen is driven by a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The upper and lower ends of the motor are with eccentric heavy hammers, which transform the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional horizontal, vertical, and inclined motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface screening. By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed. Special models can be designed according customer needs, whether the material is dry or wet, fine or coarse, with a specific gravity that is either heavy or light, from 0 to 40 mesh can be screened, and from 0 to 600 mesh can be filtered whether it is in liquid or paste form. The vibrating screen series products are equipped with a special screen net cleaning device, which reduces the blockage rate of the screen net to a low level, and the screening rate and processing accuracy are effectively.
